Seaway Senior Citizens Club project co-ordinator Karen Cooper quoted a friend during an information session on Tuesday saying, “anyone can create a sanctuary anywhere they are,” including in the back parking lot of the club at 506 Pitt St.
The Seaway Seniors Knowing Growing Garden Project is planning for its first growing season of 2024! We are hoping to plant lots of healthy veggies and herbs in raised garden beds located at the back of the Club property.
